  • How is the packaging?

    Clothes come with their corresponding label and in a brand bag. Small accessories, such as belts or purses, come in a box of their corresponding brand. Larger items such as bags or suitcases come with a branded dust bag.

  • What is your return policy?

    We accept returns and exchanges on all orders and items. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Which countries do you ship to?

    We send our products worldwide, except Mexico, Brazil and India. We use recognized international companies that provide tracking to ensure that your order arrives safely. We will email you the tracking number when it is available.

  • How long will the shipment take?

    Shipping takes approximately 7-15 business days.

  • When will my order be shipped?

    Once you place your order, it will take about 5-7 business days to process and ship. During delays, orders can take up to 9 days to ship.

  • How can I get my tracking number?

    All packages come with a tracking number. We will email you the tracking number 2-3 days after your package is shipped.
