1. From Our Warehouse to Your Market: Once your order is packed and ready to go, it begins its journey from our warehouse. The first leg of the trip is to your regional market—this could be the EU, USA, or any other designated market area. During this stage, shipments are grouped together and transported in bulk, which means individual tracking is not available. We've found that this method is efficient, secure and help us keep shipping at a low cost for you.
2. Individual Delivery to Your Address: When the shipment arrives at your market's international base, it is then sorted for final delivery. This is when your unique tracking number becomes active, and you can start seeing updates. From here, your package is on the last leg of its journey — the trip to your doorstep.
Tracking Your Order:
When You Receive Your Tracking Number:
- It's important to note that there will be a period when your tracking number may not show updates immediately. This is perfectly normal.
- Your package is still en route; it's just not yet at the stage where individual tracking is possible.
When Tracking Updates Begin:
- You will see updates once your package reaches your market's international base.
- This is when the local courier, such as DHL or FedEx, will have individual possession of your package and tracking updates will reflect its direct path to you.
Common Concerns:
"The courier says they don't have my package!"
- If you contact the courier and they mention they do not have your package, it's likely because it is still in the first part of the shipping process.
- Rest assured, we have sent your package, and it is on its way to your market's base.
